馮燕：台灣性別平等 距離拉近中
（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉17日專電）在菲律賓出席APEC婦女與經濟論壇的行政院政務委員馮燕表示，台灣性別平等的差距正在拉近中，且性別平等的情況改善很多。
馮燕向中央社記者表示，不論在實質上、法令上和社會觀念上，台灣的性別平等情況都改善很多，而且還在進步中。
她舉例說，台灣小孩出生性別比例已恢復正常，同工同酬的距離在縮短，男女數位落差也只有4%，位於高段班。
在法令方面，馮燕指出，總統馬英九上任後不久，就簽字批准「公民與政治權利」、「經濟社會文化權利」2項聯合國人權公約及施行法，並將「消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約」（CEDAW）予以國內法化。
此外，馬總統極為重視的1/3條款，也就是在各部會、國公營事業及政府單位的單一性別比例不可少於1/3，這在行政院及各部會的實現率已達95%。
馮燕說，這幾年來政府繼續全面檢視法規，如有對女性歧視或不平等者，均列入檢討或修改。
她指出，女性資質與能力不比男性差，以商學院為例，女學生成績通常較男學生為佳，但出社會後，大公司高層主管多為男性，中間落差多半來自女性的家庭負擔。
馮燕說，政府5月通過長期照顧服務法，對女性來說也是好消息，因為它有助減輕婦女家務負擔，釋放婦女能量，讓更多女性能到公領域到經濟領域打拚。1040917
