駁混越茶 鹿谷茶農告周刊王
《周刊王》爆料，指鹿谷鄉凍頂茶葉生產合作社去年十二月舉辦冬茶評鑑大賽，疑與不肖茶商勾結，以未參賽社員做人頭，在茶樣中摻雜劣質越南茶葉，藉由評鑑獲獎來「洗茶」；該社除駁斥報導不實，昨（三）日理事主席康峻瑜帶同職員、茶農十多人到南投地檢署遞狀按鈴申告，指控《周刊王》加重誹謗罪，地檢受理分案偵辦。
鹿谷鄉凍頂茶葉生產合作社理事主席康峻瑜表示，該社長期以來以推廣優質凍頂茶為職志，提供消費者「真」、「天然」及強調「在地」優質茶，積極預防外來茶葉入侵，保護鹿谷茶農不受外來茶的衝擊而影響生計，因此絕不會，更不允許在該社茶葉中混外來茶葉。
康峻瑜也指出，《周刊王》在未經查證，子虛烏有報導，已對商譽受損、茶品價跌、茶農收入減少，初估損失上億，將要求《周刊王》道歉賠償，所求償金皆回饋社員，望其作為以矯正視聽並為台灣茶農尊嚴及該社聲譽。
隨行資深茶農表示，過去冬、春茶賽特等獎比賽茶都有一斤十萬元行情，但該報導一曝光，今年剛結束的春茶賽，特等獎價格竟砍半，買氣也狂跌，讓辛苦認真的茶農氣難平。一行人在遞狀後齊呼「捍衛茶農權益！司法還我清白！」
南投地檢署主任檢察官張智堯表示，將分案偵辦本誹謗案、將傳喚相關當事人釐清該報導內容是否屬實，而去年冬茶賽是否確實出現混茶情形，檢調已接獲檢舉，目前仍持續偵辦清查中。
