駁蔡意凌駕黨團自主 蔡英文:沒勸退柯

民進黨立院龍頭之爭，最後以協調落幕畫下句點，黨主席蔡英文的意志，成了蘇嘉全出線的關鍵。不過這也讓外界批評，蔡英文的意志已經凌駕黨團自主，蔡英文1月29日親自澄清，自己沒有逼退柯建銘，只是提醒黨團，要滿足社會的期待。有綠委直言，蔡英文身負政治體制改革的責任，這本來就是總統該做的事。

總統當選人蔡英文：「誰要發問？（主席妳昨天怎麼勸退柯建銘的？）」

臨時通知要接受媒體訪問，蔡英文主動就採訪位置，就是要澄清，立院龍頭之爭，柯建銘的退出，不是她逼迫的！

總統當選人蔡英文：「我沒有勸退柯總召，今天早上他們3位有意參選立法院的院長的幾位，他們自行協調成功的，我是很高興看到說，我們黨團這次可以發揮，整合跟協調的功能。」

強調蘇嘉全的出線，是候選人自行協調，但其實過去一段時間，蔡英文的談話，早已透出玄機。1月21日平面媒體專訪，蔡英文表示，國會議長不要只是用人情方式來競爭，1月26日黨團大會上，再度強調國會議長要滿足社會對改革的期待，28日陳菊協調前蔡英文又說，要符合社會的期待，中生代必須要承擔起更多的責任。1週內3度談話鋪陳新龍頭人選的條件，甚至傳出，就是蔡英文出手才讓新系、游系轉向挺蘇。

立委(民)黃偉哲：「我似乎嗅到了從昨天晚上，晚餐時間到午夜之間的，風雲詭譎的變化，的確我們是感覺到，氣氛氛圍的不同，因為在小英表達了，可能直接間接或是直白委婉地，表達了她的意志之後，有些黨團成員已經紛紛表態了，在這樣的情況下，讓3位候選人自動協調出1個人。」

綠委坦言，前1天黨中央出手協調之後就感受到風向變了，但外界也批評，蔡英文的意志凌駕了黨團自主。

總統當選人蔡英文：「這是過度解讀啦，我只是提醒我們的黨團，這是社會在這次大選之後，期待我們會有1個新的國會，新的政治，我們對於社會的期待，我們也要審慎地思考，我們整個的佈局。」

立委(民)鄭麗君：「她身負了整個政治體制的改革，所以未來國會的定位，憲政體制我們如何來進行檢討，跟重新來定位這個本來就是，總統她會去思考的事情。」

畢竟肩負689萬票的支持與託付，國會龍頭之爭，由不得蔡英文放手不管。（民視新聞綜合報導）
